Ayã Resort opened at the end of April 2026, and it doesn't feel like a property still settling in. It arrives fully formed, with a clear point of view: adults-only, design-led, and built on a stretch of coast that's deliberately calmer than its famous neighbour. It sits above Ayia Thekla, on Cyprus' southeast coast, and it's one of the more interesting new openings on the island this year — not because it's the biggest, but because it isn't trying to be.
